continuous registration in the residence / place of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation or temporary registration for territories of the Russian Federation for not less than for 1 year, but not less period of validity of the credit;

Requirements to a pledge subject:

Vehicle of the Russian and foreign production of category A, B;
Year of production of the vehicle: - for domestic cars - 5 years aren't more senior, - for import cars - 10 years aren't more senior.
The vehicle doesn't belong to one of following types: limousines, armor cars, trailers and semi-trailers, water vehicles;
The vehicle is in working technical condition and has no essential damages of constructive elements of a body;
The insurance of the AUTOCOMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE isn't required.

Penalties at delay of payments - the increased percent of 0,1% for the arrears sum.

passport of the vehicle (original),
the certificate on registration of the HARDWARE (the original - for a review);
